SERPONG, ULTIMAGZ.com – Noiz Band keluar sebagai pemenang Starlight 2024 setelah sukses mengguncang malam puncak Starlight 2024: SUPERNOVA dengan penampilan yang super energik pada Kamis (14/11/24).
Kemeriahan sudah terasa dari awal Kiki, sang vokalis meneriakkan sapaan kepada para audiens.
“Selamat malam Starlight! Semuanya, jangan lupa lompat-lompat ya! Udah siap lompat-lompat?!”
Penonton pun semakin heboh ketika Kiki turun panggung untuk melompat bersama penonton sembari menunjukkan kebolehan teknik screaming yang terkenal sulit di bidang tarik suara.
Dengan vokal dan iringan musik yang ciamik, mereka memulai penampilannya dengan “You Give Love A Bad Name” dari rock band legendaris Bon Jovi, yang dilanjutkan dengan “Welcome To The Jungle” dari Guns N’ Roses, dan “Pergi Pagi Pulang Pagi” dari Armada. Penampilan mereka pun ditutup lewat lagu “The Story of My Life” milik One Direction.
Berkat kebolehan dan interaksi yang luwes di panggung, Noiz Band mendapatkan standing ovation dan berbagai komentar positif dari ketiga dewan juri, yaitu Chandra Liow, Ghea Indrawari, dan Kenny Lukman.
Bahkan, menurut Chandra Liow, penampilan Noiz sudah pantas disebut selevel dengan band internasional.
“Gila gila gila! Noiz Band! Oke, guys, gue barusan benar-benar nonton dan gue ngerasa definisi loose yourself, sih. Benar, sih, gue tadi enggak ngerasa kompetisi sama sekali. Itu sudah full show! Internasional bahkan. Gue sampe lupa kita lagi kompetisi” ujarnya.
Komentar itu juga disambut baik oleh Ghea yang tidak kalah suportif dan penuh antusias. Penyanyi jebolan Indonesian Idol itu sangat terpukau dengan Noiz Band, dilihat dari komentar positifnya.
“Noiz Band! Wooo! Ini udah bukan kompetisi, ini konser! Ini nonton konser namanya! Keren banget jujur keren banget. Terima kasih vokalis. Keren banget tekniknya luar biasa, kalian semua entertaining banget, stage act-nya semuanya gokil, mainnya rapi. Yang paling aku suka bukan cuma kalian keren stage act-nya, tapi kalian mainnya benar-benar rapi, chemistry-nya dapet, bersih, tidak egois. Pilihan lagunya pinter. Aransemennya keren banget. Good job buat kalian. See you on top guys! Gokil!” ucapnya.
Kenny Lukman sebagai yang terakhir memberikan tanggapan pun menunjukkan rasa apresiasi yang luar biasa.
“Dari awal aku menonton kalian di video (perkenalan Isthara), aku kayak, wah ini confidence kalian, tuh terasa banget, jadi pembawaan kalian di stage itu kayak be yourself, benar kata Kak Chandra. Kalian menampilkan do your best banget, apalagi buat vokalnya juga stabil. Pokoknya the best! Good luck Noiz Band. Thank you,” tutupnya.
Noiz Band sendiri merupakan grup band yang beranggotakan enam mahasiswa UMN, yaitu Kiki, Juan, Joel, Yves, Prabu, dan Jason.

Sebelum tampil di Supernova, Noiz telah melewati tiga rangkaian audisi Starlight 2024, dimulai dari online audition, The Void, dan Nebula (semifinal).
Sementara itu, terdapat pengunguman kategori pemenang lainnya di panggung final Starlight 2024. Kategori Isthara favorit dimenangkan oleh grup tari Gandharva, posisi second runner up diraih oleh solois Lex, dan first runner up oleh pesulap Evanders.
