2. Get Happy
Get Happy adalah sebuah gerakan non-profit yang didirikan oleh Caecilia Dee dan Andreas Adianto. Tujuannya adalah menyediakan sarana sosialisasi dan edukasi mengenai kesehatan mental di indonesia. Get Happy juga menyediakan fasilitas untuk para penderita gangguan kesehatan mental dan caregiver dari penderita untuk berbagi pengalaman, sehingga para anggota organisasi ini tidak merasa sendirian.
Dalam akun Instagramnya, Get Happy banyak membagikan pesan-pesan positif, tips-tips self-healing, dan masih banyak lagi. Sama seperti kampanyenya #GetHappyYuk, Get Happy sering mengadakan berbagai aktivitas untuk bisa memberikan kebahagiaan kepada para anggota komunitas maupun umum, seperti terapi seni, musik, dan peran.
3. Into The Light
Into The Light berfokus pada pencegahan bunuh diri dan kesehatan mental remaja. Dibentuk pada Mei 2013 oleh Benny Prawira, ada banyak aktivitas kampanye yang dilakukan oleh komunitas Into The Light Indonesia. Beberapa di antaranya adalah melakukan pemutaran dan diskusi film tentang bunuh diri, berbagi pengalaman pribadi, berdiskusi tentang suicidologi, dan masih banyak lagi.
Dengan motto “Hapus Stigma, Peduli Sesama, Sayangi Jiwa”, Into The Light Indonesia berupaya untuk mengurangi stigma terkait bunuh diri dan kesehatan mental dengan melakukan edukasi kepada masyarakat Indonesia. Dalam akun Instagram Into The Light juga dicantumkan beberapa akun yang memberikan layanan konseling bagi Ultimates yang mempunyai pikiran untuk bunuh diri.
4. Sehat Mental Indonesia
Sehat Mental Indonesia didirikan oleh seorang pengamat kesehatan mental, aktivis sosial, dan pekerja kreatif Ade Binarko. Kampanye yang dilakukannya adalah membuat cek kesehatan mental gratis, workshop, support group, dan lain-lain. Sehat Mental Indonesia juga telah mengadakan acara seperti Mental Health Fest (MHF) selama dua tahun berturut-turut. Tersedia juga artikel-artikel seputar kesehatan mental yang dapat diakses melalui situsnya, www.sehatmental.id.
