Bermain lomat tali dalam 20 menit diperkirakan dapat membakar 200 kalori.
- Olahraga Kardio
Olahraga kardio adalah kegiatan olah tubuh yang bertujuan untuk memperkuat jantung dan paru-paru. Olahraga ini memiliki beberapa gerakan yang bisa dilakukan, seperti push up, squat, plank, bench dip, dan lainnnya. Variasi gerakan dapat dilihat melalui Youtube atau aplikasi olahraga.
- Dance Workout
Banyaknya video tutorial untuk dance workout di YouTube akan lebih mudah untuk melakukannya. Dance merupakan salah satu cara yang bagus untuk memicu detak jantung, meningkatkan ketangkasan, keseimbangan, kekuatan inti, daya tahan, serta tingkat koordinasi tubuh. Selain itu, dance workout dinilai memiliki daya tarik tersendiri sehingga gerakan dan koreografi yang diperlihatkan mengundang orang untuk ikut serta dalam melakukanya.
